I'm beginning to read some really good speeches / position papers...
As we have to move so quickly, why not add the key phrases for speech making directly into your papers:
Ladies and Gentlemen, honorable chairs.....
Remember, avoid the pronoun 'I' - use your country name (even if it sounds repetitive)...
and, while 'on the floor' always refer to yourself as 'the delegate of your country'...
