General assembly is at the same time a committee and the name of the event that will gather all the committees between 16 and 17. So it will be all throughout the day with only the students marked in this committee and they will be joined from 16 to 17 by all the other committees (except security council)

This title is a little confusing. NCYMUN clarified: "Communicating is how can we improve the way we communicate to the populations who have to welcome migrants"
